Passionfroot review
Passionfroot suits newsletter, podcast, YouTube, and LinkedIn creators with a business or tech audience who already sell some sponsorships. It is free, takes nothing on deals you bring in, and keeps 15% of deals from its own network. Consumer-niche creators should skip it, since its marketplace only lists B2B-fit profiles.
Ranked 3 of 16 on our platform list. Checked October 21, 2026 by the Paid Brand Deals editorial team. Passionfroot did not pay for this review, and nothing here is sponsored.
Best for. B2B creators who want a booking page, invoicing, and inbound sponsor requests from tech and business brands.
Not for. Lifestyle, beauty, or gaming creators whose audience is not one that B2B brands buy.

- Bank transfers only work in USD
- No standard usage-rights terms, so you must write your own
How does Passionfroot work for creators?
Passionfroot is a sponsorship storefront and back office for creators who sell ad placements to brands. You build a storefront page that lists your channels, ad products, prices, and open slots, then share the link wherever sponsors find you. Brands request a booking, you reply with a proposal, and the brand pays through Passionfroot.
The workspace also handles the admin. A calendar tracks slots and placements, so a weekly newsletter with 2 classified ads per issue shows 2 placements per slot. You can bundle products into packages, such as a newsletter and podcast set, and offer a discount. Passionfroot generates the invoices for each deal.
Deals reach you from two places. Your own storefront link brings brands you attract yourself. Passionfroot's marketplace, which it also calls Discover or the Partner Network, shows your profile to brands searching for creators. TechCrunch's July 2026 report on Passionfroot's $15 million Series A names Figma, ElevenLabs, and Replit among its brand clients.
Who can join Passionfroot?
Passionfroot is free for any creator to sign up, but only vetted creators appear in its marketplace. Its terms require creators to be at least 18 and to act as a business, not a private consumer. There is no published follower minimum.
Every new profile goes through vetting, which takes up to 48 business hours, or 7 to 10 business days in busy periods. Passionfroot says it looks for relevance to B2B brands in technology and business, real engagement, an established audience, and a record of brand deals. It adds that a small, focused B2B audience often does better than a large general one.
Profiles that miss the bar are marked Limited. A Limited profile keeps its storefront, inbound requests, and payments, but it is not listed in the marketplace. You can ask for a new review if your content or audience changes.
How much do Passionfroot deals pay, and what does Passionfroot take?
Passionfroot charges creators nothing on deals they bring in and 15% on deals from its network, and creators set their own prices. Passionfroot publishes no average deal value, so deal size depends on your audience and what you charge. Use the rate calculator and the guide to brand deal rates to set a starting price.
The fee depends on who found the brand:
| Deal source | Fee | Who pays it |
|---|---|---|
| Your storefront, or a proposal to a brand you found | 5% | The brand |
| Passionfroot marketplace, Discover, or a network request | 15%, including Stripe fees | You, deducted from the payout |
On a network deal, a $1,000 sponsored video pays you $850. The 15% also sticks to the relationship. Passionfroot applies it to every collaboration with that brand, including repeat bookings, the way an agency keeps its cut on a client it brought in.
Passionfroot's help center lists the brand-side fee as 5%, while its creator pricing page says 2%. Either way, the creator pays nothing on deals they source. Passionfroot also asks network creators to keep payments on the platform, and it ranks creators who do higher in Discover.
How and when does Passionfroot pay?
Passionfroot collects payment through a link sent to the brand. When you send a proposal with automatic payment turned on, the brand gets the payment link as soon as it accepts. The brand can pay by card through Stripe or by Passionfroot Bank Transfer.
Card payments land in your Stripe account immediately, minus fees, then pay out to your bank on your Stripe schedule, which Passionfroot says is commonly 2 to 7 business days. On card payments you are the merchant of record and invoice the brand directly. Bank transfers work only in USD and usually reach you 3 to 5 business days after the brand pays. For those, Passionfroot GmbH in Berlin is the merchant of record, and you invoice Passionfroot for your net payout.
If Stripe does not operate in your country, bank transfer is the fallback. Intermediary bank fees and currency conversion can shave the amount, and Passionfroot suggests a USD account, such as Wise, to cut those costs. The getting paid guide covers invoices and late payers.
What rights do brands get to your Passionfroot content?
Passionfroot sets no standard usage rights, so what a brand may do with your content depends on what you agree with that brand. Its terms make each deal a direct agreement between you and the brand, built from the product, price, and date in your offer. Passionfroot itself only gets a license to show your offers on the platform while you are a member.
That leaves the rights question to you. A newsletter ad usually runs once, but a YouTube integration can be cut into paid ads. Put usage terms in your product description or proposal, and read usage rights and whitelisting before you agree to ad use.
Refunds work the same way. Passionfroot's FAQ says that if a collaboration is canceled, any refund is up to you and the brand.
Is Passionfroot worth it?
Passionfroot is worth it for B2B creators who already get sponsor emails and want to stop running deals out of inboxes and spreadsheets. Paying nothing on self-sourced deals makes the storefront an easy add, and the marketplace can bring tech brands that pay for business audiences.
Watch the 15% network fee on repeat brands. If Passionfroot introduces a brand that books you every month, you pay 15% on every booking. Its vetting page says audiences in categories its brands do not buy get Limited status, so most beauty, fashion, and gaming creators are likely to get little from the marketplace. YouTube creators who want inbound offers with set prices should compare Agentio, and lifestyle creators should look at Collabstr.

Passionfroot questions
Is Passionfroot free for creators?
Yes. Passionfroot charges creators no subscription or monthly fee. On deals you source yourself, Passionfroot charges its fee to the brand, so you keep 100% of your price. Deals that come from Passionfroot's network or Discover carry a 15% sourcing fee taken from your payout.
How much does Passionfroot take from a sponsorship?
Nothing on deals you bring in. On a network deal, Passionfroot deducts 15%, which includes Stripe fees, so a $1,000 sponsored video pays you $850. That 15% also applies to every later deal with the same brand.
How do brands book creators on Passionfroot?
Brands book from your storefront, which lists your channels, ad formats, prices, and open dates. They can also find you in Passionfroot's marketplace if your profile passes vetting. You can send proposals with a product, date, and price, and the brand gets a payment link once it accepts.
Who gets listed in Passionfroot's marketplace?
Passionfroot vets every creator and lists those relevant to B2B brands, mostly in technology and business. It weighs audience fit, engagement, audience size, and past brand work. Profiles marked Limited keep their storefront and payments but do not appear in the marketplace.
How fast does Passionfroot pay?
Card payments go to your Stripe account right away, minus fees, then to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule, which Passionfroot says is commonly 2 to 7 business days. Passionfroot Bank Transfers usually land 3 to 5 business days after the brand pays.
