How the calculator works
The calculator multiplies your average views by a price per 1,000 views, then adds each extra the brand wants as its own line. UGC videos use a flat per-video price, because the brand posts them and your views do not matter. Exclusivity is added last as a share of the whole fee, because it stops you working with every other brand in the category.
| Item | Range used | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram Reel or post | $5 to $15 per 1,000 views | S5 |
| TikTok video | $3 to $10 per 1,000 views | S5 |
| YouTube integration | $10 to $30 per 1,000 views | S5 |
| UGC video, brand posts it | $150 to $180 per video | S9, S1 |
| Organic usage rights | 20% to 50% of base | S13, S14 |
| Paid usage (whitelisting, Spark Ads, partnership ads) | 20% to 30% of base per 30 days | S8, S9 |
| Raw footage | 20% to 30% of base | S9 |
| Rush delivery, under two weeks | 25% to 50% of base | S14 |
| Category exclusivity | 15% to 30% of total fee | S8 |
We use the low end of each published range as the starting point and show the high end beside it. The UGC range is our own: Influencer Marketing Hub's suggested $150 floor at the low end and Collabstr's 2025 average asking price of $180 at the high end. The ranges come from companies that sell to brands or creators, and each has a reason to lean low or high. Collabstr's 2025 marketplace data is the only source here built from real payments. At example view counts, such as 25,000 views on TikTok, its averages land inside our ranges, but Collabstr does not publish views per deal, so treat that as a sanity check, not proof. The rush fee rests on a single source, so treat it as a rough guide.
For the reasoning behind each add-on, read how much to charge for a brand deal and usage rights and whitelisting explained.

Rate questions
How much should I charge per 1,000 views?
Published planning ranges are $3 to $10 per 1,000 views on TikTok, $5 to $15 on Instagram, and $10 to $30 for a YouTube integration, according to Influencer Marketing Hub in August 2026. Start at the low end if you are new to brand deals and move up as brands rebook you.
Why does the calculator use views instead of followers?
Brands pay for people who see the post, and average views measure that better than follower count. Influencer Marketing Hub calls follower count a poor standalone pricing formula. Use the average of your last 14 posts.
Should I always charge for usage rights?
Charge for usage rights whenever the brand wants to repost your content or run it as an ad. Usage and paid ads are separate from making and posting the content. Read the usage rights guide before you agree to any term longer than 30 days.
Is the calculator result a fair price?
It is a starting point built from published benchmarks, and benchmarks vary widely. Your niche, engagement, and audience location move the real number. Quote a figure inside the range and adjust after the brand responds.
