Agentio review
Agentio suits established YouTube creators who want sponsor offers delivered with the price already set. Creators pay no fee, and brands pay Agentio a 20% campaign fee. Skip it if you need open sign-up, published rates, or payment that does not wait on the brand paying Agentio first.
Ranked 8 of 16 on our platform list. Checked October 21, 2026 by the Paid Brand Deals editorial team. Agentio did not pay for this review, and nothing here is sponsored.
Best for. YouTube creators who want inbound integration offers with rates and deadlines set, and no invoicing.
Not for. Small channels that need a clear path to acceptance, or creators who cannot risk refunding a fee if a video comes down.
What works
- No creator fee. Brands pay Agentio's 20% campaign fee
- Offers arrive with the price, brief, and deadline set
- Agentio handles contracts, approvals, and payment
- Paid ad licenses run in 30-day terms either side can end
What doesn't
- Waitlist with no published entry criteria
- Payment waits until the brand pays Agentio
- Full refund owed if a video comes down within 10 business days
- Agentio sets the price, so there is little room to negotiate
How does Agentio work for creators?
Agentio is a sponsorship marketplace where brands send creators priced offers for ads in their content. Its core product is the YouTube integration, an ad read inside a video. Agentio now also connects Instagram creators with brands and runs Meta partnership ads.
Offers arrive in your Agentio dashboard with the rate, requirements, and timeline already set. You accept or decline. Agentio's creators page says it handles contracts, approvals, revisions, and payment, and that briefs are standardized so brands approve content quickly. A manager or agency can run the account for you.
Agentio prices your ad slots itself, using your audience data and results from past brand campaigns. That is the main difference from a storefront like Passionfroot, where you set your own prices. The creators page sums it up as "No pitching. No negotiating. No invoicing."
Agentio is well funded and active. It announced a $40 million Series B led by Forerunner in November 2025, and it updated its terms on October 8, 2026.
Who can join Agentio?
Agentio admits creators through a waitlist and publishes no subscriber minimum, country list, or acceptance criteria. You request access from its creators page, and approved creators create an account and connect their channel.
The creators it features are large. Every channel shown on its creators page has more than 600,000 subscribers, and most have over 1 million. That does not prove a minimum, but a channel with 20,000 subscribers should apply without expecting quick approval.
Agentio's referral terms require referred creators to be at least 18. Payments settle in US dollars through a payment provider that Agentio picks, and you must give that provider your bank details and any other information it requires to get paid.
How much do Agentio deals pay, and what does Agentio take?
Agentio creators keep the full amount of every bid they accept. Its terms say the brand pays Agentio a campaign fee equal to 20% of the campaign budget, and that Agentio passes the full accepted bid to the creator.
Agentio publishes no rate card or average deal size. Use the rate calculator to check each offer against your average views before you accept, since you cannot counter the way you would in a direct deal. The guide to brand deal rates covers pricing in more depth.
There is a second income line for ads. If you keep your YouTube or Meta account connected so a brand can run your content as a partnership ad, the bid can include a production fee set as a percentage of the brand's ad spend. Agentio pays that first as a flat amount and tops it up if the percentage of spend later exceeds it.
Referrals add a third line. Agentio's referral terms pay you 5% of a referred creator's earnings during the referral window, with no cap. Agentio pays that bonus itself, so it does not come out of the referred creator's rate.
How and when does Agentio pay?
Agentio pays creators after two things happen: you fulfill the ad, and the brand pays Agentio. The terms say payment goes out promptly after the brand remits, through a third-party payment provider that Agentio selects. You cannot use a different provider.
The brand's payment timing sets yours. Agentio's terms make the brand's payment due once you fulfill the request, and brands that Agentio invoices get 30 days from the invoice to pay. The creators page promises that you get paid on time automatically, but the terms give no fixed date.
The terms also include a clawback. If your video or post comes down for any reason within 10 business days of going live, including removal by YouTube or Instagram, you must refund everything Agentio paid you for that ad. Agentio can take it from future earnings.
What rights do brands get to your Agentio content?
Agentio creators own their content. The terms say a brand has no right to repurpose or edit your content unless you grant a brand ad license through Agentio.
A brand ad license is a separate deal you can accept or decline. It gives the brand exclusive rights to run the ad as paid advertising on social platforms, YouTube, and online ad networks, but not on TV, connected TV, or outdoor ads. It starts on first use or 14 days after you approve it, whichever comes first. It renews every 30 days unless you or the brand cancels at least 5 days before renewal. The usage rights guide explains how ad licenses work.
Two content rules in Agentio's terms are easy to miss. Where the format allows it, you may not wear branded clothing or show other brand logos in the content. And unless an offer says otherwise, one video can carry ads for several brands, so a single sponsor cannot assume it is the only one in your video.
Is Agentio worth it?
Agentio is worth joining for YouTube creators who are tired of chasing sponsors and are happy to let a platform set the price. Getting the full bid with no creator fee is a good deal, and offers with set terms save hours of email.
The weak points are access and payment risk. The waitlist has no published criteria, payment depends on when the brand pays, and the 10-day clawback means one takedown can cost you the whole fee. Smaller channels should also look at YouTube Creator Partnerships, formerly BrandConnect, and set up a Passionfroot storefront so sponsor requests have somewhere to land.

Agentio questions
Does Agentio take a cut from creators?
No. Agentio's creators page says joining is free, and its terms say creators receive the full amount of the brand bid they accept. Agentio earns a campaign fee from the brand equal to 20% of the campaign budget.
How do you join Agentio as a creator?
Agentio admits creators through a waitlist. You request access on its creators page, and approved creators create an account and connect their YouTube channel. Agentio publishes no subscriber minimum or acceptance criteria.
When does Agentio pay creators?
Agentio pays you after you fulfill the ad and the brand pays Agentio, through a payment provider that Agentio chooses. Payments settle in US dollars. Brands that Agentio invoices have 30 days to pay, so your timing depends on the brand.
Can brands use my Agentio sponsorship in their ads?
Only if you accept a separate brand ad license. Agentio's terms say the creator owns the content and the brand cannot repurpose it without that license. A license covers paid ads only and renews in 30-day periods until either side cancels at least 5 days before renewal.
What happens if I delete an Agentio sponsored video?
You may have to return the money. Agentio's terms say that if the content comes down for any reason within 10 business days of posting, you refund every fee Agentio paid you for that ad, by wire, check, or deduction from future earnings.
