Independence
Paid Brand Deals is independent and unsponsored. No platform or brand owns, funds, or pays us. Platforms cannot pay for placement, scores, or reviews, and they do not see a review before it is published. There are no affiliate links or ads on the site. If that ever changes, our independence statement changes first, and every affected page will say so above the first paid link.
Sourcing
Facts about fees, eligibility, and payouts come from the platform's own published pages, listed with the date we checked them. Legal and tax facts come from the agency that publishes the rule, such as the FTC or the IRS. We do not publish numbers we cannot trace to a named source.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, email hello@paidbranddeals.com with a link to the source. We fix confirmed errors and update the "checked" date on the page.
Advice
Our guides explain how brand deals usually work. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. For a contract with real money or rights at stake, have a lawyer read it.

We write in plain English for creators who have never signed a brand contract. Each section opens with the answer, so you can stop reading once you have it.
